Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Competitions are open to South African citizens aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise stated. Employees, agents, or partners directly involved with the brand running the competition (including their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

Entry requirements will be specified on the corresponding competition post or page. Entries that do not meet the stated requirements will be disqualified.

3. Competition Period

Each competition will run for the period stated in the promotional material. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen at the brand’s discretion, using either a random draw or other fair selection method. Winners will be contacted through the platform or contact details they used to enter. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prizes

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise. The brand reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Data & Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, image, or content for promotional purposes related to the competition. Personal information will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the competition.

7. General

Bokkie Rokkie reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to terminate the competition at any stage if necessary, for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Participation in the competition indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Platform Disclaimer

Competitions run on Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or any other social platform.
